Automatic reload of images in slideshow mode

Hi all, my first mailing to the list.

I have an old laptop with a shared folder of images that display a slideshow with Gwenview on a large screen. Whenever someone adds images to the folder I have to stop, and the restart the slideshow for new images to load. Is there a way to either load new images automatically, or remotely reload the folder?

Hi Trond, sorry for the late reply.

Unfortunately, there is no way right now to get the slideshow to know
about the new added images while it is running. Sorry.
